MUSIC
The Choir
The Spirit of Grace Choir is a multi-generational volunteer choir that strives to perform the finest anthems from the great body of sacred music, singing classic to contemporary religious literature. The choir sings at approximately 30 services, September through May, with 3 additional services in the summer. A highlight of the choir’s year is a festive Advent musical service performed with guest instrumentalists and devoted to the music of the season.
The goal of the choir has always been, and continues to be, raising our voices together to the glory of God and to enrich the worship experience of our congregation.

Bell Choir
The Gospbells is a small handbell group that plays at one service a month using the Spirit of Grace’s 2 five-octave handbell sets. Handbell music adds a meaningful presence to our worship services, offering a beautiful way to share beloved hymns and enhance our musical ministry.

Summer Music
(“Come as you are” Choir)
We host a “come as you are” choir on three Sundays scattered throughout the summer. We meet and rehearse an easy-to-learn anthem before worship and sing on the same day. It’s a fun way to try out singing with the choir, keep your voice in practice, and stay in touch with folks.

Special Music
Throughout the year, there are opportunities to provide music for worship. This may be solo or with a group, with voice or instruments. It is a satisfying way to have a performance opportunity and enrich our time together as a congregation. You don’t need to be a member or actively involved with Spirit of Grace. We welcome good music from all.
